The new Civic is billed as offering class-leading advanced features in safety, style and comfort, and comes with Honda LaneWatch camera-based safety technology which reduces the blind spot for drivers when changing lanes. It was supposed to be launched last December but was held back to today over a delay in getting approval for the model pricing.

The new Accord uses the same 1.5-litre turbocharged engine as in the Civic, only it plays to higher tune with 201PS at 5,500rpm and 260Nm of torque from 1,600 to 5,000rpm on tap over its previous 2.4-litre engine with 173hp and 225Nm.
